We are working with a well established trading company in their search for a Recruiter to join the team on 6 month basis. This is an incredibly hands on role, taking ownership of the recruitment process from end to end, working with a supportive team.
- Management of the end to end recruitment process to deliver to business leads
- Partnering with line managers to discuss new vacancies and resourcing strategy
- Utilising direct sourcing to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Recruiting from entry level graduate roles up to VP level
- Managing a manual candidate tracking system
- Providing excellent market knowledge and advice to stakeholders to guide processes.
- Managing third party and agency relationships as required
- In house, RPO or Agency recruitment experience would be considered
- Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding recruitment processes
- Comfortable working in a fast pace and autonomous environment
- Experience in Financial Services would be beneficial
