Morgan Philips are working with a large company in Berkshire who are searching for a Head of Reward to join a company for 12 months with a view to perm. The role will pay up to £100,000 base plus bonus.
This position will provide specialist reward support on a significant people programme that will involve a large scale transformation of insourced employees as well as potential harmonisation with current workforce. There are multiple changes happening including job grading, job levels and realigning the reward system as a whole. Manage the reward stream of a significant people transformation programme within a specific area of the company. This will include the entire reward approach from grading through to fundamental T’s and C’s.
• Responsible for the recommended approach to the significant Reward elements of this project which will be across both current existing employees, and a new employee workforce. The scope will be the end to end reward cycle that includes how we pay, incentives etc.
• Responsible for looking at the current reward landscape and making recommendations on improvements and transformation within the current frameworks taking into consideration the large growth plan
• Build and manage relationships with professional groups and suppliers outside the business to ensure market trends and competitor data is understood.
• Work closely with the existing Reward team, as well as the wider People project team on this significant transformation activity.
The successful candidate will have a strong background at a senior level in a Head of Reward role in a large company. You will have previous exposure to reward projects including transformation on a large scale.
