Client Details

An exciting UK retail business, with a group of high performing brands. Following a restructure and vision change for the People Dept, they are now looking to hire future talent into a Regional People role.

Description

Key Responsibilties

  • Act as a Colleague champion and change agent, anticipating People related needs and developing integrated solutions in line with the overarching People strategy
  • Create strong partnerships across the Group to deliver a value-added service to all Colleagues
  • Provide performance management guidance to Line Managers to include coaching, counselling and career development
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with senior key stakeholders and the wider People team to develop solutions
  • Ensure employee relations policies and procedures are fairly and proportionately applied, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement to current practices in conjunction with the wider People team

Profile

We are looking for someone with the following key experience and skills

Experience of a bricks & mortar retail environment - either high street, grocery or other

Strong communication skills

Strong relationship building skills

Passionate about HR, and keen to build a career

Happy to travel in a regional role
