A new opportunity has arisen for an Organisational Change and Design Programme Manager to join this professional services firm initially on a 12 month FTC although this role may well go permanent. You will be responsible for driving the ongoing operational efficiency and commercial excellence as well as working across the business to project manage / provide support for organisational change programs in response to the growth agenda such as reorganisations, TUPE (in and out), Mergers, Acquisitions, headcount restructures and redundancies.

Key Responsibilities:

*Providing sound and pragmatic advice on any change programs
*End to end management of programs that will include, but not be limited to, attendance and participation at formal planning meetings, leading people elements of the projects and preparation of all associated documentation
*Working closely with Strategic Talent Consultants to shape, plan and deliver change programmes across Service Lines
*Analyse and assess the risks associated with individual programs, including the impact on the individuals, teams and wider business, consulting with the Employee Relations Team, STL or CBS Talent Leader as appropriate
*Manage relationships with stakeholders by setting expectations, communicating status, analysing issues, responding to concerns and providing support throughout the process by applying commercial and pragmatic thought to available solutions

Key Requirements:

*Hands on experience of programme management of the HR aspects of organisational change programmes and dealing with complex reorganisations, Acquisitions, TUPEs, redundancies
*Highly skilled HR professional with the ability to work autonomously
*Ability to deal with ambiguity and complex situations and advise business
*Ability to deal with senior leadership team stakeholders with limited support or guidance
*Previous experience leading complex people change programs in a matrix environment
*Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law
