Description
- Plan, coordinate and execute required HR projects across the business including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Ensure consistency across other areas of the wider business when creating proposals
- Develop a proposal for an appropriate Comp & Bens package for employees within the Vehicle Engineering business at all levels
- Develop a proposal which delivers greater retention within the business - linked to the proposal above
- Devise a proposal for the way forward with workforce planning within the business - how can we best organise our workforce to deliver the required output
Profile
- Generalist HR experience, as well as background in Comp & Bens
- Proven track record in delivering on HR projects
- Experience in managing Employee Relations matters
Job Offer
£45,000-£50,000 package.
