Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a Tech Recruiter for an Education Technology Brand, head quartered in Central London.
This company have doubles in size over the last two years, showing substantial growth during the last year with an increasing demand in the market.
You will have the opportunity to join a market leader within their industry, offering future progression and an amazing office culture.
The role will sit within HR as a standalone position, responsible for placing mainly technical roles as well as corporate and sales where necessary.
You will be focused within the UK and manage c.10-15 roles at any one time, whilst developing their employer branding, recruitment processes, D&I initiatives and internal events from a strategic point of view.
Stakeholder Management will be a key aspect to this role, the HR team pride themselves on their customer service. You will not be operating as a 'bums on seats' jobs filler, rather a Consultative TA, offering a wide scope of solutions, delivering quality to first time Managers all the way up to Senior Leaders within the business.
You will already have experience within an In-house Recruitment function or RPO/IT Vendor, ideally recruiting Tech roles sales and/or Professional Services positions.
Salary up to £60,000 + benefits.
