Your new company
We are thrilled to be working with a well established, highly reputable organisation based in central Oxford who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their small team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be located in their Oxford office with some flexibility on hybrid working.

Your new role
As HR Manager you will have responsibility for the management and development of a small HR team. You will work closely with senior managers across the business to promote positive employee engagement and experience. There will be some exciting projects to be a part of, including recruitment attraction, systems implementation and training creation. You will provide expert advise on HR queries and manage any complex queries that may arise.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position, will have a proven track record of managing and developing a team. You will have excellent influencing and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of UK employment law. Experience of working at a similar level previously is essential.
