Morgan Philips are supporting a great brand to hire an HR Systems (Business) Analyst to lead the Time & Attendance (T&A) workstream. This role will ensure that the programme delivers the business requirements, with agreed changes as required to ensure a simplified and consistent approach across.
You will work with the Senior Process Lead and Divisional Leads to define the business processes, gain business requirements and analysis areas of harmonisation to deliver a streamlined employee journey.
Suitable candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience working as part of a programme or change management team. You will have an understanding on data dependencies and flow as well as the ability to map processes and use process mapping tools. Experience working as part of an HCM implementation and using SaaS systems is a must. We are also looking for a team player how will bring energy and passion to the programme.
