Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for an Early Careers and Talent Manager for a Leading Media business based in Central London.


This key to this role is to take ownership and management of the Graduate programme, with accountability for its success. You will have the opportunity to work closely with HR to relaunch existing programmes in new areas of the business and develop new programmes, including apprenticeships, Rising Talent and High-Potential programmes, to provide engaging and development experiences.


Reporting to the Global Head of Learning and Performance, you will work at Group level and partner with colleagues across six divisions globally. You will work closely with Learning and Performance, Talent Acquisition and HR teams as well as other stakeholders across the business to create engaging and relevant experiences for graduates, apprentices, and high-potential colleagues.


Graduate Programme: You will own and manage the group-wide graduate programme, working closely with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and across all six divisions where graduates will participate in various placements. You will evolve the programme as appropriate in line with business requirements and identified improvements.

Apprenticeship Programmes: contribute to apprenticeship strategies with HR, divisions, and functions. In the UK leverage the apprenticeship levy to maximise value from resources available. Outside of the UK examining opportunities for alternative programmes.

Early Career & Talent Programmes: You will also work closely with divisional HR colleagues to help identify opportunities for apprenticeship, early talent, and rising talent programmes, ensure programmes are optimised, and where appropriate best-practices transferred across the business to replicate and extend programmes. You may also work on general talent projects as required.

Experience required:

* At least 2-3 years' experience within an Early Careers focused Talent role, ideally within a Group environment.
* Previous experience of managing highly successful early career programmes through a full cycle.
* Deep knowledge and experience of modern graduate and high potential development programmes.
* Experience of supporting a business through the process of identifying talent, placement management, and/or capability development.
* Ability to be the Group subject-matter-expert on Early Careers and High-Potential programmes, ideas, and strategies. Ability to develop and present content and facilitate with confidence and gravitas.
* An Agile continuous improvement approach: consulting, piloting, reviewing and improving programmes as appropriate.
* Ability to create engagement amongst High-Potential colleagues, inspiring continuous development, and active career progression.
