This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join an organisation currently going through significant transformation and growth.
Reporting to an inspiring Director of Talent, you will manage a large team of recruitment professionals (x30 with 6 direct reports), tasked with the delivery of experienced and volume recruitment, across the UK. You will also drive employer branding and support on a number of talent-focused projects. The aim is to be a 'best-in-class recruitment function', ensuring an elite candidate and hiring-manager journey, whilst significantly reducing cost and time to hire.
To achieve this, the successful applicant will instil a direct hiring model, whilst providing clear leadership and direction to the team. There will also be a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and improved buy-in from the business.

This role is remote working so, you can be based anywhere in the UK - some travel may be required but, less than 10%.
