This HR Assistant role for a Global Marketing Agency based in London, offers the right candidate the opportunity to gain knowledge and get involved in day to day HR responsibilities, with exposure to Finance.

You will have a proven track record in an HR Admin role with excellent attention to detail in an expanding business.

You will be working for an exciting Global Marketing Agency.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Assistant for this Marketing Agency will be as follows:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding and Offboarding employees using HR software, HiBob
  • Issuing Probation and Pension letters
  • Ensuring all staff records are kept up to date
  • Updating payroll software, benefits and pensions monthly in time for inhouse monthly payroll for London
  • Completing monthly Pensions submissions
  • Maintain Death in Service data
  • Preparing for an HR Audit and ensuring all employees have the correct information on their records
  • Set up of supplier and customer records (a skill to assist the team during holidays)
  • Inputting supplier invoices daily (a skill to assist the team during holidays)

Profile

The successful HR Assistant will posses the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of the need for a controlled environment and adherence to procedures
  • Previous knowledge of dealing with high volumes of work and remaining organised
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • An ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of business
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of using HR software, HiBob would be an advantage
