What will be keeping you busy?

This business needs the very best people and need you to help find them. You will be responsible for finding candidates through LinkedIn and other sources, pre-screening and interviewing. You will play a key role in the recruitment process for UK based roles and will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and is a hands on role.

 

You will be motivated to find people directly (as much as possible) without using recruitment agencies. Ideally you will have in-house experience and be someone who is engaging, capable of negotiating and offering fair compensation packages. You will always be on top of the best candidates in the marketplace and conduct speculative interviews to develop the talent pool.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client’s People and Talent Team. This is an exciting opportunity that would suit someone wanting to extend the foundations of their recruitment experience and wanting to get stuck in with an inclusive and busy People team.

 

The perfect candidate must have solid administration experience gained within a fast-paced environment, as well as be computer literate, having experience of working with databases and MS office and Intermediate level Excel skills. You must have super attention to detail with the ability to maintain an excellent level of accuracy and manage a high workload, as well be flexible & adaptable to new ways of working.
