Oakleaf are partnered with a boutique Private Equity firm based in the City, who are looking for a proactive and conscientious HR Advisor to join their HR function, initially on a temporary fixed term basis with the potential on permanent basis. This is a truly generalist role with involvement across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR administration: maternity letters, holiday, benefits and rewards
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies to provide a point of contact for coordination and feedback
  • Diary management, co-ordinate all interviews and update processes on the system
  • CV Reviews and pre-screening ahead of hiring manager meetings
  • Manage psychometric testing processes and psychometric data
  • Manage 4 UK payrolls making monthly changes and ensuring information, joiners and leavers are accurate
  • Liaising with payroll provider for Australian and USA payroll
  • Manage onboarding and induction process liaising with other departments e.g. IT, facilities, to ensure employees are set up and produce offer letter and contracts.
  • Appraisals - full management of the set up of Year end and Mid-Year appraisals including reports
  • Carry out exit interviews and leaver process.

Key Skills:

  • HR experience in a SME or professional financial services environment
  • Comfortable managing payroll processes
  • Confident communication style managing senior stakeholders
  • Process driven with attention to detail to ensure HR function is in line with regulations
