Job description:

Morgan Philips are looking for a Talent Development Manager on a permanent basis paying £46,800 per annum + London allowance (if based in London). The work location is flexible and home working can be supported, although attendance will be required in Birmingham and London for face to face events and meetings.   

The world in which we work is fast-paced, operationally and commercially demanding, and constantly changing. As Talent Manager you will lead the design, development, implementation of the approach to talent management for all employees.

 

You will be required to:

·         Lead the Talent Management team, delivering high quality and business focused products for talent development.

·         Develop and leverage relationships with Senior Stakeholders in order to develop a business aligned understanding of capability needs.

·         Oversee the design, development of succession planning / talent management initiatives and career development pathways.

 

The successful candidate will be required to evidence the following:

·         CMI Level 5 coaching certificate or equivalent.

·         Experience of managing and implementing approaches to succession planning, career development and talent identification.

·         Experience in coaching and performance coaching.
