We have a great opportunity with a highly regarded charity in the social care sector. In this role, you will be leading the recruitment across your region. You will be joining a brand new team which has been established to handle the high volume recruitment needs of the organisation. The role will offer great autonomy to bring new ideas moving forward. Initially it will be highly operational with high a high volume of roles to be filled. The environment is extremely collaborative, and you will use your knowledge and experience of stakeholder management, and the full recruitment function to attract and hire talent.
The role responsibilities will include:
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and managers across the homes in your region, understand their needs and offer expert talent acquisition advice
- Use direct sourcing skills to attract and hire quality talent in a high volume recruitment role
- Maintain agency relationships where suitable and liaise on tough to fill, niche roles
- Liaise with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
The person:
- In-House recruitment experience or a mix of in-house and agency recruitment
- Experience within a high volume recruitment role essential
- Experience in the social care sector desirable
- Experience using ATS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship builder
- Excellent stakeholder management with experience of pushing back when necessary
- Resilient and driven character
