Talent Acquisition Leader - EMEA
Global Software Business
West London
£70,000 - £80,000
We are working on an exciting opportunity for a US headquartered, software business. Due to rapid growth, they require an experienced TA leader to join them and lead their EMEA offering. This role will be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy based on the global business model. This is an integral role for the EMEA region and requires an experienced delivery recruiter as well as people manager.
Key duties:
- Develop and maintain the recruitment strategy for the EMEA region
- Build quality relationships with the internal customers and external recruitment partners
- Design the selection process for choosing the optimum recruitment channels for each country
- Explore market best practices for recruitment and implement appropriate changes to the business
- Set the marketing, advertising and social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions
- Monitor and effectively manage recruitment costs
- Monitor relevant employment legislation and implement required changes to keep the process compliant
- Be accountable for the delivery of an effective and compliant onboarding experience, including contract production and pre-employment vetting
- Manage and develop a cross functional team including a recruiter, sourcer, and coordinator
- Work with HR Business Partners to deliver on succession / people plans across business units
Key experience/skills:
- Previous experience delivering across the EMEA region
- People management experience
- Ideally experience within the Tech industry
- Understanding of a matrix organisation
- Ability to work at pace and in ambiguity
