This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation in their Head Office in Berkhamsted as a HR Assistant. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a background in HR Administration.

Client Details

The client is a market leader within their field and due to growth they are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. They have lovely offices based in Berkhamsted where candidates will be required to visit roughly 3 times a week.

Description

  • Work with key stakeholders to organise and support new joiners throughout their induction
  • Monitor and ensure the HR systems are working effectively and data is accurate at all times
  • Advise employees on correct HR processess and policies
  • Ensure payroll processes are implemented in a timely and accurate manner, escalating and issues quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and accessible records for all HR activities ensuring confidentiality throughout
  • Be the first point of contact for administrative HR queries
  • Ensure onboarding activities are completed in a timely and professional manner for new hires
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders across the organisation

Profile

  • Experience of providing administrative support in a fast paced HR environment
  • Ideally experience with onboarding, recruitment and other Hr administration
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using HR systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
