Your new role
Working as part of the Global Learning Team, you will develop and run talent and learning programs across all divisions and manage on-site/ virtual and day-to-day management of training programs including interface with speakers, participants and vendors. You will partner with HR colleagues, business program managers and senior management to translate business needs into effective learning programs and create and maintain customized course curriculum and content, by means of developing innovative ways of working with our clients, challenging how we deliver today, thinking creatively to continuously improve and develop our graduates, products and process, and utilizing technology in new ways to serve our clients. You will be responsible for evaluating course feedback and quality management, achieving the GTP Delivery related target key performance indicators, operational and service levels to the clients as well as being responsible for managing day-to-day budget for business specific and business owned budgets, including definition of original program budget, invoice processing and regular actual vs planned budget reviews



What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in learning or talent management within a financial or professional services business. You will be a people's person with great stakeholder management skills as well as hands-on involvement identifying capability gaps and devising talent strategies. You will demonstrate the know-how to continuously evaluate talent and learning programs and effective organizational, presentation and facilitation skills. You will act as a strategic partner to team members.
