Your new role
As Interim HR Manager you will act as the face of HR to stakeholders in the UK and internationally. You will manage all HR data and reporting, Talent Attraction, Talent and Performance Management as well as provide advise and guidance on HR policy and process. You will also manage a variety of value add HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a HR Manager/ junior HR Business Partner where they have been the first point of contact on queries for the business for a retail business. You will have high volume ER, recruitment and payroll experience. With an excellent customer service approach, you will have worked in a generalist HR remit where you will be able to demonstrate your strong analytical thinking. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a minimum of a 12 month FTC. You will be able to work on a hybrid model on a weekly basis visiting the Central London office.
