- Lead the Talent Management team, delivering high quality and business focused products for talent development.
- Develop and leverage relationships with Senior Stakeholders in order to develop a business aligned understanding of capability needs.
- Oversee the design, development of succession planning / talent management initiatives and career development pathways.
Profile
- CMI Level 5 coaching certificate or equivalent.
- Experience of managing and implementing approaches to succession planning, career development and talent identification.
- Experience in coaching and performance coaching.
