Ashley Kate are excited to be partnering with a leading global business to recruit for a Interim HR Advisor to join a growing and busy HR team, for a full time, 12 month fixed term contract to cover Maternity leave based in Heywood.

In this busy, fast paced role you will be responsible for all aspects of employee relations, the engagement survey and action planning, compliance and management development training, Recruitment & selection. this is a truly generalist HR Advisor role within a company who offer an inclusive, and supportive culture, with a fantastic team of people to work with!

About you:

·Previous HR Advisory experience within a blue collar environment is essential
·You will be CIPD qualified or working towards
·You will be experienced in leading and supporting ER case management

This role will be based on site Monday - Friday, hours of work are 8:30am - 5pm, in return they offer a salary of between £25-30k, free on site parking, free lunch, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and other fantastic perks!
