Learning and Development Manager
circa £36,000 per annum plus benefits
Fixed Term Maternity Cover for up to 13 months

Our Learning and Development Manager is soon to be going on maternity leave and we are looking for someone to join our small, friendly, high performing HR team on a fixed-term basis to manage our Learning and Development programmes.
This role is ideal for someone who has solid experience of managing the learning and development function who is looking to take on a more varied role and gain experience in other programmes and work strands such as inclusion and diversity, volunteering and early careers.
We are looking for an experienced line manager who has led a learning and development function and who has either a recognised qualification in learning and development or relevant professional experience. Experience of project managing learning and development initiatives from conception to implementation is needed for this role, as well as experience and an understanding of inclusion and diversity. The ability to consult and influence others is also key in this role, as is great organisational skills and workload management.
