Building and developing Talent and Resourcing across the entity. The Interim Head of Talent and Resourcing will take ownership of developing and managing an existing team, as well as developing strategy to make sure the correct talent is being brought into the business to best serve those that this social care charity supports.

Profile

The Interim Head of Talent and Resourcing will have:

• Proven experience of implementing recruitment strategies in a complex environment with an emphasis on transformation and culture change.
• Significant experience of recruiting high volume roles , preferably within a care setting
• Working collaboratively and ensuring you bring people with you to achieve your objectives.
• Report writing using word and Excel and data analysis
• Experiencing of managing a high performing team
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
• Significant knowledge of innovative, recruitment and retention techniques at all levels
• Significant knowledge of talent management processes and how best these are applied to resolve organisational recruitment challenges
• In depth understanding of recruitment and retention challenges within health and social care for now and for the future

Job Offer

£55k - £60k or day rate equivalent, circa £250 - £290 per day PAYE
