As Interim HR Generalist, you will act as a member of the wider global HR team, and partner with the Global Head of HR in London to support the delivery of the global people strategy, supporting and executing associated initiatives for the associated regions.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees, providing subject matter advice and coaching on a broad range of people matters and organisational change and development
  • Be responsible for the HR operations and activities for the UK and some global regions, including employee relations, compensation & benefits (C&B), resource planning, recruitment and selection, immigration, on-boarding, training and development and maintaining local compliance and market practice.
  • Establish and manage processes for all people related procedures, including joiners, employment changes, leavers and global mobility and provide insight and consistency across the region and evaluate opportunities to improve effectiveness.
  • Support all areas of the business to understand underlying employee themes and provide performance evaluation feedback to senior stakeholders and the Global Head of HR
  • Support senior management to identify and assist with delivery of local practices related to staff communication, operational processes, and employee engagement

Profile

Successful candidate:

  • Strong generalist experience within a matrix organisation
  • Some experience/exposure to European HR practices
  • Good working knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and confidence to handle difficult conversations

Job Offer

Immediate start

£250 - £300 a day, depending on experience
