Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leader Hospitality organisation to help find them a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager.

This is a full time, permanent role with a salary of £35k.

This is a fully generalist role and will involve managing Employee Relations and ensuring that the organisations policies and procedures are in line with current employment law legislation and kept up to date as they change with the law.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Drive employee engagement for the organisation.
·Manage, monitor and control performance management to focus on succession planning.
·Dealing with recruitment and selection.
·Completing all tasks with the business objectives in mind.
·Ensuring compliance in all areas of eligibility, H&S, payroll and employee relations. Ensure all policies and procedures are reporting documents are in line with current legislation.
·Developing our management teams in people management.
·Co-ordinate and manage all training activities and staff inductions.
·Manage the staff assessment and appraisal system and departmental managers.

Skills/experience -
·Extensive generalist HR experience at Manager or Advisor level.
·Have proven experience delivering training within the Hospitality industry is essential.
·Strong employment law knowledge.
·Strong HR generalist experience including managing ER cases.
