The HR Systems and Project Coordinator for a Global Consultancy will report into the Global HR Data & Systems Specialist. You will play an integral part in aiding in all ongoing projects including future HR Systems Implementation.

You will manage the data input and accuracy on an ongoing basis (Sage People) and support end users with queries relating to all HR Systems.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Systems and Project Coordinator based in London will be as follows:



HR Systems

  • Own and maintain accurate life cycle records including creating/updating records for new joiners and ensure all personal data is up to date
  • Troubleshoot system issues across all Regions
  • First point of contact for all HRIS reporting including training new starters and ensuring all data is accurate and up to date


HR Project Delivery

  • Supporting the transition to a new Performance Management system and embedding this through the Company
  • Assisting with the end-user training for new HR Systems once implemented
  • Supporting the implementation of additional HR Systems including Compensation Tool, Payroll and Learning Management System
  • Collating requirements from key stakeholders in initial stages of projects

Profile

The successful HR Systems and Project Coordinator MUST have the following:

* Data & Analytics knowledge is desirable
* Proven experience as a super-user of HR Systems; Sage People is desirable
* Demonstrable experience working in an HR Assistant role ideally in a global professional services or client-facing environment
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams and meet deadlines
* Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office Packages
