Page Personnel HR are working with an innovative company with offices in Wythenshawe. They are recruiting for a People Planning and Reporting Coordinator to join the team and provide a professional HR service with timely advice, guidance and support to members of management and employees. This is a 12 month FTC.

As a People Planning and Reporting Coordinator you'll be part of a team that's supporting the country's transition to a low-carbon economy, and helping to ensure an affordable, secure, and sustainable energy supply for the future.The role will work closely with the People Planning & Reporting Manager to deliver a professional HR service with timely advice, guidance and support to members of management and employees.
Description
The key responsibilities for the People Planning and Reporting Coordinator will be improving people data and insights to produce effective reporting for board members to support better decision making, creating high quality reports and dashboards using visualisation technologies and MS Office tools, supporting the creation of the People delivery plan to help track performance, managing key project leads to understand progress, risks and issues, designing and delivering effective reporting to be used in committees and forums, deputise for the Planning & Reporting Manager in key meetings. The role is based in Wythenshawe and is a 12 month FTC.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience within a similar role
- experience in development of visualisations from raw data sources
- strong evidence of detailed analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience of interpreting visualised data
- meticulous attention to detail
- ability to work to tight deadlines
- ability to perform under pressure
- project management skills
- Systems knowledge of PowerBI, MS Office tools
