Overview - What you'll do
Epic Games is searching for a HR Coordinator to support their International HR Team across Europe and APAC. The successful candidate will provide HR administrative support to the HR team. Responsible for processing all Workday changes (job title, lead, level, cost center/biz unit), monitor and complete Workday inbox tasks, escalate when needed. Point of contact for all employment verifications, handle administrative tasks relating to new hire check-ins, new leads and departures. Answering HR Coordinator and HR alias questions and monitoring HR portal. You will also support projects as defined by their lead or other HRP's as well as provide administrative assistance to L&D Manager when needed.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent education (Part CIPD a plus but not necessary-ongoing Financial support for qualifications provided in full)
1-2 years HR Coordinator or other HR/People function experience years
Able to deliver results in a complex global fast pace organisation.
Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations when needed
Very strong IT skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working in a virtual environment, ability to think for solutions and work on own initiative as needed!
