An established global law firm are looking to hire a HR Business Partner to fulfil an initial 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential to be extended/become permanent.
This integral role will partner with and support business services functions, working in partnership with the HR Advisory team to oversee and support the delivery of the HR calendar. The HR Business Partner will support delivery of key people projects, with a focus on the talent management agenda and also provide coaching to the various line managers in order to help effective communication as well as managing employee relations casework. You will also participate in the implementation of several key projects across the business, leading where necessary.
The role requires a skilled HR Business Partner who can demonstrate evidence of project delivery and achievements. The ideal candidate will have experience working within professional services but it is not a prerequisite.
This role can be based in either Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield or Edinburgh. The firm offers a flexible approach to agile working with 3 days office/2 days home. Salary c£55,000 per annum.
