Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global, leading bank to find a Reward Analyst to support their reward team based in London on a 6 month basis.

Working within the Reward team you're responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the annual salary reviews across SMBC EMEA; process, whilst communicating with key stakeholders to understand the challenges across the business
  • Annual salary benchmarking
  • Delivery of accurate modelling using the SMBC EMEA bonus models
  • Production of timely reporting for Remuneration & Regulation team
  • Supporting the Regulation and Governance Manager with impact and data analysis
  • Working with the Exec Comp Manager for performance evaluations, balanced scorecard evaluations and bonus award letters

The ideal candidate will have experience such as:

  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment including Guarantees, Material Risk Takers, Remuneration Code and Senior Manager Regime
  • Experience in year end salary and bonus reviews in financial services
  • Managed and delivered on key projects
  • Ability to explain and communicate complex financial data
  • Excellent communication skills
