Description

As Regional HR Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Partnering with the Regional MDs to provide a solid HR service
  • Drive forward the people strategy within Region
  • Up skill line and people managers in HR policies, procedures and best practice, using coaching techniques
  • Support with the implementation of strategic HR projects
  • Drive forward Talent Management agenda, focusing on Trainees and Graduate programmes, career mapping and succession planning
  • Lead in resolution of complex people matters
  • Adhere and work towards embedding companies values and behaviours

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have experience operating at HR Manager/HR Business Partner level
  • Proven track record managing and leading HR projects
  • Confident in supporting the Talent Management Agenda
  • Willing to travel within region and occasionally out of region
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Minimum CIPD L5
  • Desirable; TUPE experience, Diversity and Inclusion experience
