6 months contract
Salary: £25,000 -£28,000
Location: Remote Working/ 2 days in Manchester office

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global media & entertainment business in the role of Recruitment Coordinator, offered initially on a 6 months contract basis but with every potential to turn permanent after this time.

Working within a busy, dynamic, media environment the successful candidate will have bags of personality, energy and a genuine willingness to provide the highest level of service.

As Recruitment Coordinator the main purpose of your role is to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes, manage the onboarding for new starters and above all make certain the coordination of recruitment activity is fully covered and under control at all times.

For this role we are looking to speak with candidates who already possess a strong recruitment administration background.

Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator;
*To ensure the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes
*Process onboarding and off boarding of contingent workers (contractors)
*Manage and maintain relevant trackers for contingent workers and their assignment details
*Reporting
*Managing and coordinating the on-boarding & off-boarding processes
*Provide extensive query management to all stakeholders,
*Ensure correct data is input and maintained in ATS and HR systems
*Complete scheduled audits of data, systems and files on time and highlight any issues to the Team Leader
*Ensure expert knowledge of the recruitment process and legislation surrounding recruitment such as AWR

Due to the pace of this role, candidates from an RPO or temporary recruitment background will be preferred.
