We have a current opportunity for a Reward Manager on a permanent basis.

You will be part of a small highly performing team with responsibility for delivering the organisations reward & wellbeing agenda in terms of BAU and project work, as well as providing strategic support to the Head of Reward & Wellbeing.

Duties will include:

  • Keeps abreast of any relevant legislation that affects Reward and applies up to date reward knowledge/expertise to provide pragmatic reward and recognition advice and solutions to the business who look to us as Reward SMEs;
  • Keeps abreast of external developments in Reward thereby ensuring as well as best practice and statutory requirements are met, we are aware of the 'bigger picture' externally and where appropriate make suggestions/proposals to support our talent agenda;
  • Provides the necessary Reward support in relation to TUPE activity;
  • Undertakes and produces any required reporting/data analytics in relation to Reward, to enable the business, HR and Reward to make informed data driven decisions;
  • Devises high quality employee communications in relation to any aspect of our Reward package to convey key reward information to employees and enable them to make informed decisions where appropriate;
  • Owns and proactively manage/create any Reward related company policies;

You will be:

  • Experienced Reward professional with 2-3 years' experience in fast paced, complex environment;
  • Comfortable and competent in manipulating large amounts of data to 'tell the story' and draw out relevant insights/trends eg Gender Pay Gap
