My client are a global Data analytics organisation based in the City of London. Due to growth within the business, they are looking to hire an experienced Candidate Attraction and Engagement Manager. This is a new role for the team, and is key to the success of the Talent team. This role is integral to raising the business's talent brand enabling the business to attract and hire thousands of new people each year. You will be responsible for attracting high quality talent through effective management of all attraction tools as well as ensuring an outstanding candidate experience globally.

Key duties/responsibilities:

  • Manages all global job board relationships, ensuring optimal usage and regular content updates and branding.
  • Reports on the effectiveness and ROI of all attraction channels for TA.
  • Manages the careers page, responsible for creating content and regionalisation as needed.
  • Work with the digital team to ensure timely updates and upgrades. Also works with the digital HR team to ensure continuous improvements are made.
  • Works with I&D colleagues to share best practice, report on success and lead change to ensure you attract diverse candidates.
  • Manages employer brand component of CRM. This includes creating targeted campaigns, compelling landing pages and highly effective comms at every stage of the candidate journey.
  • Tracks and measures candidate engagement points, ensuring continuous improvements are made to be an employer of choice in the market.
  • Project manages new technology adoption for employer brand team
  • Management of all internal TA communications, tools and asset library
  • Works collaboratively across the business to ensure stakeholder support and engagement
  • Works collaboratively within the TA team to understand recruiting challenges, local market and divisional needs. Can be agile and proactive with solutions
  • Acts as an outstanding brand ambassador, shares regular content on social media

Key experience/skills:

  • Recruitment experience and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • Some experience of the following would be advantageous: Workday, CRM, Website management
  • Global PM Skills: highly organised, responsive, have a sense of urgency as well as a curious, pro-active, and positive mindset
  • Stakeholder management skills: experience of managing multiple stakeholders as well being able to influence ideas and initiatives, globally
  • Analytical mindset: Intermediate excel skills and critical thinking skills, enabling this person to use data to inform improvement decisions
  • Experience working in a global/matrix environment
