This role will provide comprehensive support and advice on all recruitment activity and will support with L&D activity.

A successful, family-owned business founded over 60 years ago.

Description

  • Onboarding and induction of new employees
  • End to end management of the Employee appraisal processes
  • Provide admin support for employee relations cases including preparing case packs, taking minutes during hearings and supporting with invite and outcome letters.
  • Undertake all generalist HR Admin duties required on a daily basis
  • Acting as the first point of contact for dealing with all recruitment enquiries
  • Recruitment administration including preparation of adverts, candidate screening, arranging and supporting interview, processing references etc.
  • Promote the use of the corporate recruitment portal
  • Dealing with recruitment agencies and building relationships as and when necessary
  • Provide admin support to the HR & Training functions

Profile

  • Experience working in HR
  • Willing to work towards CIPD Level 3 / 5
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Experience of handling confidential information
