Payroll & Benefits Advisor - perm - up to 35K - Central London
I am working with a globally recognised and established media business with a strong foothold with the marketing & advertising space.
Due to growth within the business they are looking to hire and experienced payroll professional with benefits experience to work directly with the Payroll & Compensation Manager with a focus on UK payroll with a long term goal of bringing in house other EMEA payrolls.
The Payroll & Benefits Advisor on a permanent basis reporting into the Payroll & compensation Manager assisting/overseeing such duties as -
- Processing UK Payroll
- Exposure to Benefits
- Dealing with payroll queries
To be considered successful for this assignment, you will need to have had experience of:
- Processing UK Payroll through ADP 600 monthly from start to finish
- Working closely with HR on data for payroll to make sure it is accurate and complaint
- Working with Payroll & Compensation Manager processing pensions and monitoring holiday & absence system
- Good excel skills
- ADP freedom experience or experience's with multiple systems
