Your new role
As Interim Head of HR, you will report to the CEO and manage an HR Advisor in a small publishing business. You will operate in a generalist HR capacity and be able to flex your style between strategy and operations as required. You will manage policy, appraisals, payroll as well as the return to the office strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have operated as a Head of HR within a SME ideally publishing or media business. You will have operated across the generalist remit and will be happy rolling up your sleeves with HR operations as required. You will be immediately available to start a new role and happy to commit to a 6 month contract. The role is currently remote but expects London office presence at some point during the 6 months,
