Page Personnel HR are working with a global company who are leaders in their industry. They are seeking an Internal TA Specialist to join their Head Office in Trafford Park and be responsible for recruitment across their UK sites.

They are recruiting for an Internal TA Specialist to join their Head Office in Trafford Park and manage their recruitment function for the UK and Ireland. Description
The key responsibilities for the Internal TA Specialist are managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates through various platforms, building candidate pipelines, building an understanding of the market, conducting first-stage interviews, looking to improve hiring processes, building relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, managing apprenticeship schemes, creating an outstanding candidate experience, working with external hiring agencies, delivering weekly recruitment status reports on Workday, working closely with the wider HR team to identify needs. The role is based in Trafford Park.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- minimum 3 years recruitment experience
- strong understanding of recruitment processes
- excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- commercially astute and used to handling confidential information
- high degree of self-motivation and initiative
- ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- computer literate with MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
