Oakleaf are proud to be partnered with a leading international health and security services firm on their search for an experienced HR Administrator to join their head office team.

In this role you will support the Human Resources team including Facilities in a range of HR activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of administrative support functions to the Human Resources team
  • Process a range of Human Resources and employee lifecycle documentation such as contracts, contract amendments, maternity, resignation acceptance letters, probation letters, visas and many more
  • Create and update employee records
  • Respond to and resolve a range of HR queries in person, by telephone and by email
  • Ensure relevant HR systems are up to date and compliant
  • Continuously review HR process and maintaining documentation
  • Reporting
  • New starter inductions
  • Ensure payroll trackers are up to date
  • Participate in various HR projects


What's needed:

  • 1 or more years' experience in a HR Administrators role
  • Computer literacy and a good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • An understanding of large organisations and how they work
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise an everchanging workload
  • The ability to work efficiently on their own initiative as well as collaboratively in part of a team
