Recruitment Manager, hybrid & flexible

The Recruitment Manager is key in delivering the overall Group recruitment strategy and ensuring an effective and efficient service to the businesses in fulfilling current and forecast recruitment requirements. Ensuring all recruitment activity is aligned with the Group's Inclusion and Diversity strategy by influencing externally and internally to deliver balanced candidate pools is a priority.

About the role:

As the Recruitment Manager, you will:

Lead a team of Recruitment Business Partners and Recruiters in the delivery of high-volume, end to end recruitment services to hiring managers across assigned parts of the Group, ensuring the promotion of the brand and a positive candidate experience.

Recruit senior leadership roles either directly, or via Agencies/Exec Search with a focus on delivering balanced candidate pools for senior hiring managers.

Drive direct hiring to deliver on the annual direct income targets, tracking accurate records of all activity.

Influence business and hiring manager engagement with; the goals of the Inclusion and Diversity strategy, making best use of channels available to attract balanced candidate pools; the need to explore wider sectors to identify transferable skills to meet business resourcing requirements.
