A City based Financial Services business are looking for a Junior Talent Manager who will be responsible for the attraction, recruitment and development of interns, graduates and analyst/associate level hires into the business.

The role requires someone who can be hands on but also strategise. The role also needs someone who can work at all levels within a business and is highly engaging and motivated. Financial Services experience and/or Professional Services experience is highly advantageous for this role.

Program Management

  • Design and end to end Management of all Junior Talent Programs including (but not limited to)
  • Summer Intern Programs (ca 10-20 interns per year)
  • Work Experience Programs
  • Graduate Training Programs (ca 10-20 graduates per year)
  • Junior Continued Development Programs (CDP)
  • Outreach Programs and Insight Program

Recruitment (Assessment & Selection)

  • Designing, managing and regularly reassessing the Assessment and Selection processes for the various Junior Talent Programs
  • Own the end to-end delivery of pipeline hiring from application screening to offer extension
  • Organising interviews, and gathering and analysing interview feedback
  • Managing the recruitment portal for Pipeline hires together with the HR Data Analytics Associate.
  • Design and manage Assessment Centres
  • Lead the execution of our campus recruitment efforts
  • Responsibility for the drafting and issuance of all contracts for Pipeline Hires

Employer Branding (Attraction & Engagement)

  • Develop the Employer Brand proposition in line with the company Values and brand positioning with the aim of positioning the company as an employer of choice for Junior Talent with particular focus on D&I
  • Take a lead on developing and maintaining marketing materials aimed at Junior Talent
  • Manage Employer Brand Marketing using both traditional and innovative channels, including website, social media, building relationships with agencies, interest organisations, universities etc
  • Designing and maintaining communication templates related to Junior Talent
  • Primary responsibility for managing junior talent correspondence in the ATS, HR Inbox and other relevant forms, including social media and website, responding in a timely manner
  • Manage campus and outreach job postings

ESG

  • Work closely with Head of HR and the HR team on the design and implementation of initiatives within the business' ESG framework, with particular focus on Junior Talent and D&I

L&D

  • Developing and Leading the Learning & Development agenda for Junior Talent, including CFA and non CFA training working closely with the Business Partners
  • Ongoing review of all Junior Talent Processes with recommendations for improvement and updates
  • Manage the development of training and onboarding programs for off cycle/lateral junior hires
  • Creating sponsorship agreements and working with Fitch Learning and other providers as required
  • Leading the successful enrolment of all pipeline hires in FCA exams, as well as other relevant qualifications
  • Lead and manage the development of Continued Development Programs for Junior talent

Administration

  • Responsibility for maintaining all relevant trackers for Junior Talent
  • Cost management: Manage and Track costs associated with Junior Talent in line with the Annual budget cycle and produce
  • Managing on-boarding processes for all Pipeline hires, including interns and work experience students
  • Ongoing management of immigration requirements for Junior Talent, including managing visa processes and ensuring eligibility of right to work
