Job Details
I am working with a global engineering business in recruiting for a Global People Data Analyst Lead role on a 12 month FTC. The business operate a truly hybrid way of working so this can be based anywhere in the UK if you are happy to travel to their London offices.
Reporting into the Global People and Operations Director and working with the HR analytics and HR systems team you will be reviewing the current HR data landscape and making recommendations for improvements to drive the business to make better data design decisions and to optimise functionality with their Oracle HCM.
The successful candidate will have strong experience of working with data projects including data migration to Oracle cloud HCM. You will advanced excel skills and be comfortable working across large volumes of data within a global matrixed business. To be considered please apply, or reach out for more information.
