Oakleaf are partnered with an investment bank in the City of London in their search for a task-oriented and organised HR Administrator to join the HR function on a 12 month fixed term basis with the potential to go permanent. The company has a high performing and supportive culture, this role will be integral to the HR team and will face off to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management coordinating meetings and interviews for the HR team
  • Providing administration support to the HR Business Partners (BP's) and HR Advisor
  • Processing invoices and updating database systems
  • Providing administration support drafting letters, employment references and updating HR documentation
  • Point of contact for the HR e-mail inbox escalating enquiries as seen fit
  • Ensuring the HRIS and HR trackers are accurately updated
  • Assisting with New Joiner inductions
  • Gathering and preparing payroll information to support the Payroll Specialist
  • Responding to benefits queries from employees
