The Talent Acquisition Partner provides qualified candidates acquisition services to the company and its teams, delivering high-quality, diverse, professional talent across all the EMEA markets. You will be passionate about all things talent and be experienced with hiring for different skills at all levels of a business
*Build good relationships across the business (including senior management) to understand the our requirements when recruiting for a role - challenging them where necessary using your recruitment expertise
*Develop diverse and strategic sourcing strategies for active searches and for pipelining purposes.
*Implement passive candidate sourcing cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, job board mining.
*Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics to ensure the Talent team and hiring managers to be best informed on external market.
*Build relationships with a network of accomplished people and potential candidates for the future is essential - there's always a potential if someone is great, we will have a role for them in the future.
*Be the market expert for defined teams, provide periodic "market" updates to the wider People function and TA teams.
*Use and manage social media for direct recruitment - enhancing and developing our Employer Brand.
