Job Details
A leading accountancy firm are recruiting for an HR Manager to join the team. You will be supporting a specific client group and reporting into a Senior HR Manager. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building a strong understanding of your client group's activities in order to act as a business partner and identify critical business issues
- Formulating a strategic people plan and anticipating people management priorities
- Coaching partners, directors and people managers through employee relations issues and escalating to ER team for high-level issues
- Driving performance management and retention of key talent
- Working with the HR leadership team and senior managers, leading the development of the People Plan activity
- Partnering with CoE's in order to provide a best-in-class service
- Delivering HR projects to support change initiatives
As HR Manager, you will possess:
- Experience operating at HR Manager level, ideally within a large matrix organisation
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Strong coaching skills and ability to adapt to different styles
