Your new role
As Interim HR Director you will support a national client group of 11,000. You will lead the HR team and development strategic direction of HR including restructure, divestment, diversity, systems, process. You will own and manage ER and IR as well as building key relationships with and negotiating with Trade Unions.

The successful candidate
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working as an HR Director within a multi site, unionised business. You will have managed an HR team and delivered strategy and change to support the future success of the business. You will have a strong track record of building relationships with Trade Unions and leading negotiations with them. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately, are flexible for weekly travel to client sites and can commit to the duration of the contract,
