Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global pharmaceuticals company who have an opportunity for a Reward Partner to join their team.
As a Reward Partner you will be working as part of the EMEA Reward team, and your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting with the development of reward policies and processes
* Working on a number of reward projects including the development of a new recognition scheme
* When required supporting the benefits team
* Working closely with, supporting, and advising senior stakeholders in the business on reward matters
* Supporting with the delivery of cyclical reward activities
We are looking for a strong reward professional who is looking to take that step up into a senior reward role. Ideally you will have international reward experience.
