L&D co-ordinator required on a permanent basis, with a growing healthcare company based in Stratford-Upon-Avon! The role will be based at home with some travel to Stratford-Upon-Avon and Coventry offices.
As the L&D Co-ordinator you will be responsible line managing 3 x administrators, co-ordinating mandatory and role-specific training programmes. You will be able to liaise with line managers, recruitment & HR operation teams to implement a successful on boarding and inductions. Organised and methodical you will monitor and encourage speedy completion of induction training, auditing the process and reporting on completions.
Salary £21,685 - £26,502 DOE
36 hours per week | Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00 and Friday 09:00 – 15:30
You will be able to drive processes forward, be pro-active with a positive can-do attitude so you will build and maintain collaborative relationships with your colleagues. With previous line management experience, you will be able to communicate and influence your team to deliver on the wider learning and development strategy.
With proven administration skills, you will be comfortable working with data and analysing information with a focus on attention to detail.
