HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity to work with a well-known successful FinTech brand. Our client is looking to hire a dynamic Business Partner with experience in managing change, transformation, and organisational design, driving key HR initiatives, working with the business on talent management initiatives and partnering closely with the CoE functions. The organisation is forward-looking and sees HR as key to future proofing the business. The ideal candidate will be an influencer and be able to manage multiple territories and come with strong stakeholder management.

They hire smart and ambitious HR professionals, you would work alongside a medium sized HRBP team that are locally and globally situated. This is a highly networked organisation, someone who is collaborative and enjoys responsibility within a backdrop of a flat structure will thrive in this environment.

Experience of EMEA and or APAC is desirable. An autonomous role, they are looking for people with a strong skillset to move their businesses forward.
