Description
Recruitment Sourcer responsibilities:
- Work with Recruiters to identify key priorities from the business
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key parts of the business/key roles
- Ensure talent pipelines meet diversity aspirations as a company
- Ensure adverts (external job board/linkedin adverts/additional job boards) are strategically placed to ensure a constant flow of new talent to our pipeline
- Build market maps of where the best talent lies both in terms of countries, and companies
- Provide market intelligence to the EMEA recruitment team as well as the wider HR function
- Help develop new initiatives to attract new candidates
Profile
- You will be passionate about Recruitment & Resourcing
- You should have some experience in a recruitment role, whether it be at a Recruitment Agency, or working in an inhouse team - we are happy to train you up on our processes & systems
- Experience of using Linkedin and some sort of applicant tracking system
- Have a delivery focused mind set
- Interested in diversity and how to improve it for corporates
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
