Description

Recruitment Sourcer responsibilities:

• Work with Recruiters to identify key priorities from the business
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key parts of the business/key roles
• Ensure talent pipelines meet diversity aspirations as a company
• Ensure adverts (external job board/linkedin adverts/additional job boards) are strategically placed to ensure a constant flow of new talent to our pipeline
• Build market maps of where the best talent lies both in terms of countries, and companies
• Provide market intelligence to the EMEA recruitment team as well as the wider HR function
• Help develop new initiatives to attract new candidates

Profile

• You will be passionate about Recruitment & Resourcing
• You should have some experience in a recruitment role, whether it be at a Recruitment Agency, or working in an inhouse team - we are happy to train you up on our processes & systems
• Experience of using Linkedin and some sort of applicant tracking system
• Have a delivery focused mind set
• Interested in diversity and how to improve it for corporates
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written
